A 7DRL survival shooter · wake up in the trauma centre of a space station where something has gone terribly wrong
> Enter the dungeontraumarl @ d429380TraumaRL is the third of flend’s 7DRLs in one C# code base (the repository’s first commit, “Minimal skeleton for RogueBase project”, is from 3 January 2009): DDRogue (7DRL 2009) → FlatlineRL (7DRL 2013, v1.0 on 17 March 2013) → TraumaRL (7DRL 2014). RogueBasin calls it “the direct successor to FlatlineRL” that “continues the plot from that game”, and names DoomRL (shooting) and System Shock (adventure structure) as inspirations. Each game is a branch of flend/roguelike; the source tree still carries the fantasy monsters and items of DDRogue and FlatlineRL’s readme.

We found no manual: the 7DRL release has none beyond the in-game help (?) and the intro, and the RogueBasin page describes the game. Our help page collects the keys, the intro and tips.
We found no written walkthrough. Video: DFuxa Explores – 7DRL 2014 TraumaRL Part 1. Rules of thumb from RogueBasin and the code:
AlertBot.cs): shoot them first.Upstream has a debug mode (debug=true in config.txt: debug keys such as K to open all locks and on-screen debug info). Our build ships debug=false; the page URL ?rviplocks enables only the lock-opening key and a Debug menu entry. No wizard mode.
